Azkals Wins Game Against Macau, 2-0

Update: Philippine Azkals ranked second (2nd) after Hong Kong defeated Chinese Taipei in the last game of the Long Teng Cup held just a few hours after the Azkals vs Macau game. Hong Kong won the title, Chinese Taipei and Macau were 3rd and 4th respectively.

The Philippine Azkals won the game against Macau in the match held in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

It was the third and last fight of the Azkals for the Long Teng Cup. First fight was against Hong Kong which ended with a draw, 3-3. Two goals were made by Chieffy Caligdong, the other one was from Phil Younghusband.

The second game was with Taiwan. It also ended in a draw, 0-0.

It was a good game with Macau which ended with two goals from Chieffy Caligdong. He is really proving that he is one force to beat.

As of this posting, Philippine Azkals is up for 2nd or 3rd place depending on the result of the Hong Kong-Taipei match. The match starts in a few minutes.
