Jason Castro To Release New Album

Jason Castro American Idol 7’s Jason Castro fans have a reason to be excited about. The pretty boy with the puffy eyes and dread locks has reportedly written 11 of the 14 songs on his new album which will come out this holiday. The album is said to be playful and a combination of the singer’s influences. So we can expect to hear more of those kind of songs he did on AI 7 that the judges didn’t like.

Jason is excited about the album saying that he’s “ready to get out there and show it to the world.”

Gerald Anderson as “Tiagong Akyat”

Gerald Anderson will soon be seen Saturdays as he topbills ABS-CBN’s newest weekend series, Agimat: Mga Alamat ni Ramon Revilla. It’s a series of titles from Ramon Revilla’s old movies and it will start with Gerald’s Tiagong Akyat in its premiere on August 15th.

Erich Gonzalez is Gerald’s leading lady and also includes Ryan Eigenmann, Jason Abalos, and Joseph Bitangcol (marking his ABS-CBN comeback).

Survivor Philippines 2 Premieres August 17th

Survivor Philippines 2 (Palau)
Survivor Philippines 2 will premiere August 17th on GMA-7. After the first season’s Ko Tarutao, Survivor Philippines goes 500 miles east of the country, in the island of Palau.

The second season’s sole survivor will be taking home Php3,000,000 in cash.

After season 1’s “leakage” where JC Tiuseco’s victory was prematurely spread, we’re quite sure GMA-7 is now taking extra precautions so it will not happen again.

Survivor Philippines 2 will still be hosted by Paolo Bediones.
