Current state of OPM tackled in 'Bottomline'
“The Bottomline With Boy Abunda” examines the current state of Original Pilipino Music (OPM) this Saturday (March 29) with acclaimed and influential OPM singer-songwriters Lolita Carbon (ASIN), Cooky Chua (Color It Red), and Bayang Barrios (Bagong Lumad).
Known as pillars of OPM, the three women formed super group “Tres Marias” and recently released their first self-titled album to encourage Filipinos to patronize local Filipino music.

Janice Javier, Apl.de.ap, Lolita Carbon - ‘Himig Ng Pag-ibig’ / ‘Time Of My Life’ (VIDEO)
Janice Javier sang with her coach, Apl.de.ap, and Lolita Carbon of the legendary band Asin during the live finale of The Voice Of The Philippines on Sunday night at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Resorts World Manila.
The performance started off with Lolita playing the guitar and singing her classic Himig Ng Pag-ibig while playing the guitar which would make you wonder why she’s not active anymore.
