Jovy Angel to represent Philippines in Man of the Year 2023

Jovy Angel of Floridablanca, Pampanga has recently been crowned Man of the Year Philippines 2023. He will compete in Man of the Year 2023 this coming November in Indonesia.

But how was Jovy picked to represent the country?

Last year, he won Cosmo Manila King 2022. Cosmo Manila's CEO is Marc Cubales, who eventually became the national director of Man of the Year in the Philippines.

Instead of holding a new pageant, he just appointed Jovy as the country's delegate to Man of the Year for 2023.
