The winner will represent the province of Bulacan in the upcoming national pageant. I hope every province get to have their respective local pageants, and I also hope they screen their contestants just like Bulacan. Less contestants but all deserving to win.
Anyway, since they are all worthy to win, it's hard to even just cut the numbers in half. So after much thought, these are my top 6:
