ABS-CBN's afternoon soap "Doble Kara" hit a new all-time high national TV rating of 21.5% on Friday, September 2, 2016, based on Kantar Media's data.
The drama series starring Julia Montes in a dual role easily beat its rival program, GMA-7's "Sinungaling Mong Puso," which only got 10.8%.
The finale of "Tubig at Langis" also won in the ratings with 21.6%. It's rival program "Sa Piling ni Nanay" only got 12.3%.
Meanwhile, weekend programming was topped by the "The Voice Kids" season 3 special "Meron Akong Kwento: Ang Himig ng Buhay Ko" and "Wansapanataym Presents: Tikboyong."
