Mariel Rodriguez announced on "It's Showtime" on Saturday, May 21, 2016, that she is three months pregnant.
"Simula nung pumasok ako sa Showtime mas naging relaxed ako, hindi ako na-pressure, mas naging mas masaya ako," Mariel shared.
She also added that everything really depends in God's timing.
"I think because of this, totoo talaga yung sinasabi nila na everything happens in God's time. 'Pag sinabi ni God dun talaga mangyayari."
And then she made the announcement:
"I'm so happy na mase-share ko na po sa inyo that I'm 3 months pregnant," she said on national TV.
She didn't forget to thank the "madlang people" (viewers of "It's Showtime"), whom she knows will be praying for her.
"Alam ko ipagdadasal n'yo akong lahat, madlang people. Thank you talaga po ng marami."
She ended her announcement by saying that she has never been happier.
"I've been waiting for this, I've prayed for this, and finally nandito na s'ya, so I'm so happy, I've never been happier."
This is Mariel's third pregnancy with husband Robin Padilla, after having two miscarriages last year.
This third pregnancy was already revealed last week by entertainment columnist and comedian Ogie Diaz.
