Charice Sings “In This Song” on Tokudane

After the Vegas concert with David Foster last Friday, Charice immediately few to Japan last Saturday for another concert with the Hitman. In the Japanese television show Tokudane, they promoted the concert with Charice singing In This Song, from her self-titled international debut album.

“Flipped”

A feel-good movie about teenage love, Flipped is based on the book of the same title by Wendelin Van Draanen.

The film is directed by Rob Reiner who also co-wrote the screenplay with Andrew Scheinman.

Callan McAuliffe (Bryce) and Madeline Carroll (Juli) stars as the two eight-graders who fell in love with each other despite being the exact opposites.

The movie also stars Rebecca De Mornay, Anthony Edwards, John Mahoney, Penelope Ann Miller, Aidan Quinn, Kevin Weisman, Morgan Lily (as the Young Juli), and Ryan Ketzner (as the Young Bryce).

Charice and Ne-Yo - “Earth Song”

Watch Charice and Ne-Yo do a Michael Jackson tribute with “Earth Song” during the “One and Only Hitman David Foster and Friends” concert in Las Vegas last October 15, 2010.

Charice’s powerful voice gave so much impact to the song even if she was only on for about a minute.

Meanwhile, in the same concert, Charice got a little confused towards the end of her “All By Myself” performance. She wasn’t aware that the Hitman removed 4 bars on that part of the song. It wasn’t so noticeable, though a real fan (who’s perhaps so used to hearing Charice sing that particular song) noticed it and tweeted Charice about the confusion.

Charice tweeted back: “DavidF didn’t tell me that he removed 4 bars at the last part of the song. I understand. He’s a pretty busy Hitman! :)”

The book is filled with exclusive pictures mostly from his tours, and fans also get to read about the star’s upbringing including how he started in the business, even how he spent his first hard-earned money from sidewalk singing!

Carol Banawa Sings "Till My Heartaches End" Theme

It’s so good to hear Carol Banawa again, this time for the theme song of the Kim Chiu-Gerald Anderson movie, Till My Heartaches End.

Directed by Joey Reyes, the movie also stars Manuel Chua, Kakai Bautista, Eda Nolan, and a lot more. Till My Heartaches End will have its commercial run beginning October 27, 2010.

Charice Collabs with Jim Beanz for New Project

Charice hinted a collaboration with music producer Jim Beanz by tweeting: “Hello everyone. Please follow mah boy @DaRealJimBeanz now! He's amazing. Watta great song we just did!!!! :)”

Jim Beanz has worked with artists like Britney Spears, Nelly Furtado, Craig David, Ciara, and Fantasia among others.

Meanwhile, Charice is expected go be back on Glee via the 6th episode with a rumored title of “Never Been Kissed.” It’s a week ahead of the 7th episode (“The Substitute”) where she was first speculated to come back.
