Krizza Neri was declared the winner of the first ever season of Protege: The Battle for the Big Break during the finals night held at the Center Stage in SM Mall of Asia on December 18, 2011.
She won P1 million in cash, a 2-bedroom condo unit worth P3 million from Suntrust Adriatico, a 4-year STI College scholarship and a 5-year contract with GMA-7. She was mentored by Aiza Seguerra.
