Charice Eyes the Teen Fans

Charice is now geared to conquer the hearts of the young audience. We all know that she has captured the attention of the older ones by singing diva songs, but now that she has released an international album, her tunes have become younger and more fun, something that the younger crowd can sing along to.

Aside from "Pyramid" and "I Love You," she's also been heard singing Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, and Michael Jackson songs, plus some YouTube covers such as that of Justin Bieber's "Baby."

"I've been singing big songs, and this is the first time they are going to hear me sing Justin Bieber type of songs, Miley Cyrus type of songs," the 18-year-old said in her heavily accented English.

Here's a pic of her at the KFest:

Don't you just love them shoes?

Now here's a little Justin Bieber cover for you:

Charice's Pyramid in Sims 3 "Ambitions" Expansion Pack

So Charice's mom, Racquel Pempengco, has announced that "Pyramid" is now included in Sims 3's expansion pack, "Ambitions."

The mom says that Charice has just finished the song then when it was picked (from a list) to be included in the popular computer game.

The song's Sims version titled "Kyralid" (in Sims fictional language "Simlish") has been recorded 2 months ago by the 18-year-old international pop star.

Now watch and listen to "Kyralid" below:

Charice's Local Manager Gets Her Job Back

Grace Mendoza, Charice's local manager, reportedly got her job back after sorting things out with the international pop star's mom, Racquel.

It can be remembered that Racquel Pempengco started posting a shout out in her Facebook and Twitter account about needing a new local manager for her daughter. It was a few hours after Charice's camp had denied Inquirer.net's report regarding her joining the hit Fox tv show, "Glee."

Meanwhile, Charice's US-based fansite, chasters.us, reported that the 18-year-old singer's publicist, Liz Rosenberg, had denied the Glee issue by saying "not at this time."

According to the publicist, who also handles Madonna, it is important for a new artist "to lay the ground first and [that being] putting radio tours as a first priority..."

Hinting a "time element" in her response, the publicist further hinted that "she can book Charice to any shows in the US given it’s the current strategy of her US management. One show in particular to cite as an example she mentioned was Saturday Night Live (SNL)."
