Journey in Manila

The American band Journey arrived in the Philippines last Sunday to prepare for their March 14 concert. According to Arnel Pineda, lead vocalist of the band who was discovered via the video-sharing site YouTube, his bandmates were surprised when they saw him at the airport to personally welcome them. Pineda was in the country ahead of the other members.

After the scheduled practice, the band will fly to Japan, perform in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka from March 9-11, then fly back to the Philippines for their March 14 performance at the Mall of Asia Field.

Nyoy Volante Won't Talk About It



Nyoy Volante refused to give a message to Nina when The Buzz talked to him at the recently concluded MYX Awards in Meralco Theater last February 27. When asked about his reaction to the statements Nina gave to Showbiz News Ngayon regarding the alleged money he owes the soul siren, neither would he talk about it - just that it has affected his family negatively.

Karylle's New Album - "Time For Letting Go"

Karylle's star seems to be starting to shine since her move to ABS-CBN. Aside from being more visible on television and being an item of many a tabloid news, Karylle has just recently launched her new album, "Time For Letting Go" under Polyeast Records. The carrier single is a revival of Dianne Warren original "I'll Never Get Over You (Getting Over Me)."

The album has ten cuts. The other nine songs are:
