Pinoy Big Brother alumna Kisses Delavin is in the running towards being Miss Universe Philippines 2021. Now at top 100, the Masbate beauty is leading the poll that will determine the pageant's top 75 contestants.
After the top 75, the contestants will again be narrowed down to less than half, determining who will compete during the coronation night.
Kisses, 22, has had several beauty titles in the past. Standing at 5'4", she won Miss Teen Masbate in 2013, was a Miss Teen Earth finalist in 2015, and won both the Miss Kaogma and Miss Masbate Province titles in 2016.
