Nadine Lustre said James Reid and Julia Barretto are really not dating.
During her guesting in "Aquino & Abunda Tonight" on Tuesday for the promo of the movie "Chain Mail," the pretty actress was asked about the rumors that her tandem James is dating their "Para Sa Hopeless Romantic" co-star Julia.
"No, I don't think so," Nadine told host Boy Abunda regarding the rumors.
She explained that she and James are close because they're together almost everyday and he would've told her about it if he was indeed dating someone.
"We're really very close and we're really very open to each other, like everyday magkasama po kami, so parang ara-araw magkausap kami," she said, but added that there's also nothing between the two of them because they are focused on their work.
She, however, described James as "really very sweet and he's really a gentleman."
Meanwhile, she and Julia are okay despite the JaDine fans bashing the latter. They last talked when they met at the set of "ASAP" a few weeks back.
"We're okay naman. There's nothing naman po between us na negative," she said.
