Marian Rivera Replaces Rhian Ramos in GMA-7's "My Beloved"

Good news for DongYan fans. Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera will again be seen together on television through the upcoming GMA-7 primetime series entitled My Beloved.

Marian, the Kapuso channel's Primetime Queen, has replaced Rhian Ramos who was originally tapped for the role of Dingdong's leading lady.

GMA-7's corporate communications released a statement regarding the matter.

“GMA Network happily announces that no other than Philippine television’s primetime queen Marian Rivera will be the leading lady of Dingdong Dantes in the upcoming series My Beloved.”

Rhian, who got involved in an "abortion" scandal, asked to be replaced in the series. She is taking a few weeks off to spend time with her family.

My Beloved will also star model/actor Mikael Daez. The show is expected to air early next year.
