Rumors about Jon Bon Jovi's death circulated the internet on Monday, December 19, 2011. Like many rumors of celebrity deaths, netizens don't always believe it unless supported with a photo or a news article from a reputable source.
Just like suspected, the rumors weren't true. The American singer, who is most famous in the country for his song Bed of Roses, was very alive and smiling in the picture posted by his photographer friend on Twitter.
David Bergman, who was in New Jersey with Jon Bon Jovi at the time they heard the rumors, took the photo of the singer to prove that he is alive and posted it on Twitter.
Jon Bon Jovi was even holding a piece of paper with the handwritten note that read:
Heaven looks a lot like New Jersey
He even put "Dec 19th 2011 6:00" below the note as the date and time the photo was shot.
