Eric ‘Eruption’ Tai celebrates birthday on “It’s Showtime” (VIDEO)

Eric Tai, or more popularly known as “Eruption” in the ABS-CBN noontime show It’s Showtime, celebrated his birthday on the show on Saturday, August 24.

Performing with him were his friends including Gem Ramos, Will Devaughn, and his Philippine Volcanoes teammates Andy Smith and Chris Everingham. Andrew Wolff could’ve been there but he was in Norway to attend to his girlfriend who’s about to give birth.

Anyway, the soft side of Eruption showed after the performance, when it was revealed that he had done missionary works for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and he actually learned to speak Tagalog because of the Bible.
