Kim Chiu’s mom dies

The mother of Kim Chiu passed away on Sunday at the age of 50.

Kim and her family have not granted any interviews yet and no information has been revealed regarding the death of Louella Yap Chiu.

It was confirmed by ABS-CBN News, however, that Mrs. Chiu had been confined in a Cebu hospital due to an illness.

Meanwhile, Kim asked the public to respect their privacy in this trying time.
