My Girl's July 11 episode marked the acting debut of Nicole Uysiuseng via the hit Kapamilya series My Girl. Comparison between Nicole and the series' main star, Kim Chiu, cannot be avoided as they are both products of the same reality tv show Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition.
"In an interview with abs-cbnNEWS.com, Uysiuseng said that the comparison also mean high expectations from her as an actress." But she's happy with the comparison for reasons a newcomer would feel when compared to big stars.
On rumors that Kim Chiu's supporters are not happy with her joining the cast, Nicole says she'll prove to them that she's worthy of the opportunity.
Other PBB housemates added in the cast are Robi Domingo and Josef Elizalde.
