Sarah Geronimo is featured in the latest "Thank You Ang Babait Ninyo" video released by ABS-CBN.

In the video, the Popstar Royalty is seen visiting Rochelle Pondare, a 17-year-old girl suffering from progeria, a rare genetic disorder that causes premature aging.

Rochelle has a face of a 60-year-old woman but with the height of a 5-year-old.

"Thank You Ang Babait Ninyo" is ABS-CBN's Christmas 2015 station ID.
