Walt Disney Studios PH has released a new official trailer for The Lone Ranger which opens in Philippine cinemas on July 17th. It stars Johnny Depp as Tonto and Armie Hammer as John Reid.
The movie is about the famed masked hero, brought to life through new eyes. When native American warrior Tonto (Depp) and man of the law John Reid (Hammer) are brought together by fate, they must forget about their differences and join forces to battle greed and corruption. The result is a thrilling adventure with lots of action and humor, taking the audience on a runaway train of epic surprises.
A Disney/Jerry Bruckheimer Films presentation, The Lone Ranger is directed by Gore Verbinski who also produced the movie with Jerry Bruckheimer. Screenplay was by Ted Elliott & Terry Rossio and Eric Aronson and Justin Haythe.
Co-starring in the movie are Tom Wilkinson, William Fichtner, Barry Pepper, James Badge Dale, Ruth Wilson and Helena Bonham Carter.
