Rufa Mae Quinto to co-host “Wil Time Bigtime”

Rufa Mae Quinto resigned from being one of the hosts of the GMA-7 showbiz-oriented show Showbiz Central and did her last episode of the program last April 15. On Monday, May 14, she will do her first episode of Wil Time Bigtime as one of Willie Revillame’s co-hosts.

Many wondered why Rufa Mae left Showbiz Central when she spilled the news on Twitter. And while we wonder what would happen to her career after that, she makes the move of signing up with the TV5 show that seems to be perfect for her hosting skills.

"Wil Time Bigtime" Contestant Thanks ABS-CBN

A contestant in TV5's Wil Time Bigtime accidentally thanked ABS-CBN after winning fifty-five thousand pesos on December 17, 2011. It was a few hours after an Eat Bulaga! segment winner said "Willie" while thanking Wally Bayola which prompted Jose Bayola to impersonate Willie Revillame.

"Okay lang, okay lang," Willie said amidst the laughter of his show's live audience, then proceeded to talk about the Eat Bulaga! incident where he said he was appreciated by the hosts of the show. He also said that being mentioned in the undisputed noontime show was an honor.
