Gus Abelgas will look into the murder of a 79-year-old farmer who was allegedly shot and burned to death by his own son after he accused him of stealing money from him and pawning their family carabao this Saturday (July 28) in “SOCO: Scene of the Crime Operatives.”
Based on police investigation, suspect Pedro de Vera Jr. of San Carlos City, Pangasinan shot his sleeping father to death with an improvised gun after beating him with huge bamboo sticks.
Fearing his siblings would find out about the deed, he supposedly then decided to burn his already dead father and squashed his body into a septic tank.
