UN official speaks about RH Bill and LGBT in “The Bottomline”

President Noynoy Aquino recently welcomed United Nations Population Fund (UNPF) executive director Babatunde Osotimehin at the Malacanang Palace to discuss UNPF's support on Philippines' reproductive health programs.

This Saturday (May 26), Prof. Osotimehin sits face-to-face with Asia's King of Talk Boy Abunda as he share his insights about the RH Bill and the issues concerning the lesbians, gays, bisexual and transgenders or the LGBT community in The Bottomline with Boy Abunda.

Amid the never-ending debates, what is the stand of United Nations regarding RH Bill and LGBT issues? How do they respond to the reactions of Catholic Church and other religions about it? Is he in favor of the implementation of RH Bill in the Philippines? Should the LGBT community be given equal rights? In the Church's concept of heaven and hell, are these issues going to be hindrances on our way to heaven?
