Jamaican-American singer Sean Kingston is in a critical condition right now after a jet ski crash last Sunday evening. The singer was with a female companion who was also injured.
The two were rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital after their jet ski hit the Palm Island Bridge. Officials say they don't think there's alcohol involved in the accident.
Though Sean is reported to be in a serious condition, no word about the state of his female friend has yet been released.
Sean Kingston was discovered through MySpace by Tommy Rotem. He released his self-titled debut album in 2007. Its carrier single, Beautiful Girls, became such a hit that it stayed for three weeks on top of the US Billboard Hot 100. He also became popular here in the Philippines because of that song.
