Cloie Syquia Skarne joins Miss Universe Sweden 2016

Cloie Syquia Skarne, KC Concepcion's half-sister, is a finalist at the upcoming Miss Universe Sweden 2016.

The pageant will be held on August 28 in Stockholm, Sweden. The girl who gets crowned will be Sweden's representative at the next Miss Universe which will be held in the Philippines.

Cloie is the daughter of Gabby Concepcion and former model-actress Jenny Syquia.

Based on her and KC's Instagram posts, Cloie is currently in the Philippines, and both got recently reunited with their other half-sister Garie Concepcion (Gabby's daughter with Grace Ibuna).
