A CCTV footage showing Ana Capri in a slapping incident with a man was provided by The Palace Pool Club to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to help with the investigation in the complaint filed by the actress against the alleged Chinese national.
The incident happened early morning of April 3, 2016 inside the establishment in Taguig City while Ana was charging her phone.
In the CCTV footage, the man is seen casually walking up to Ana and positioned himself so close, facing her.
Ana then slaps the man because, according to the actress, he touched her behind. The incident, however, was not captured on CCTV.
But the man reciprocates and slaps Anna as well.
Good thing someone (a bouncer, it seems) interfered and escorted the alleged Chinese national out of the establishment.
In an interview with GMA News, the actress said, "Hindi naman porke't tagalabas ka, e, 'pag pumunta ka sa isang bansa pwede mo na lang bastusin o molestiyahin kung sino man ang gusto mong gawin."
They are hoping that the video could help in identifying the man so they can file the necessary cases against him.
