With John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo reprising their iconic roles of Popoy and Basha respectively, moviegoers were keen to know what happened in their popular love story as told in the hit 2007 movie "One More Chance."

Over the long weekend, people lined up in cinemas to watch "A Second Chance," which resulted into the Cathy Garcia-Molina-helmed movie to breach the P300 million mark as of November 30, 2015 (Monday), after just six days in cinemas.

How the moviegoers loved Popoy and Basha  was evident in the numbers.

The movie opened on Nov. 25 (Wednesday) to a whopping P43.3 million. It breached the P100M mark after barely three days, and posted more than P200M in ticket sales after just five days.
