Jake Letts of the Philippine Volcanoes, Kiefer Ravena of Gilas Cadets Basketball, and national triathlete Nikko Huelgas "are the guys who brought home the glory" from the recent SEA Games.

And yes, that's also Nadine Lustre on the inset.

Men's Health PH is available in leading stands nationwide for only P140.
