"The Breakup Playlist" has reached the P100-million mark as of July 8, 2015.

The Breakup Playlist reaches P100M mark

The news was posted on Instagram by Star Cinema which co-produced the movie with Viva Films.

Starring Piolo Pascual and Sarah Geronimo, "The Breakup Playlist" opened to approximately 200 cinemas nationwide on July 1, 2015. It had an opening day gross of P15-M.

The team up of the two big stars has been expected to become a hit among moviegoers. Piolo is the country's current Box Office King for his movie "Starting Over Again." Sarah, meanwhile, is a two-time Box Office Queen for her movies "A Very Special Love" and "You Changed My Life."
