Toni Gonzaga celebrated her 31st birthday on Tuesday, January 20, but it’s not her special day that became the talk of the town but the particular greeting that she received on social media.
In an Instagram post that’s meant to be a birthday greeting to Toni, actress Sandy Andolong called the multimedia star “a loving & loyal fiancé.”
“Happy birthday @celestinegonzaga I truly enjoyed our short but memorable bonding in Japan Wish & pray for more blessings, joy & peace in your life because you most certainly deserve it☝️ No matter how famous you have become your are so well grounded & a humble person. You are a very good & caring daughter, sister, & friend. A loving & loyal fiancé, & more importantly a very obedient child of God. Have a happy one See you Friday,” Sandy wrote in the caption of the photo collage (above).
Toni and Sandy are co-stars in the weekly sitcom, “Home Sweetie Home,” so there’s a big chance that Sandy would know if Toni already got engaged to her boyfriend of seven years.
But then, it could also be that Sandy just took the liberty to tag Toni as a “loving fiancé” because the singer-actress-host has been in a relationship with Paul for a long time already.
Toni has been quiet about the issue, though. She didn’t even react about being called a fiancé when she commented on Sandy’s post.
“Thank you very much Tita❤️❤️❤️ Love you!!!!” were the only words she wrote.
Anyway, she will surely talk about it in “The Buzz,” which she co-hosts, this Sunday. It’s definitely something to look forward to.
