‘Kim Chiu’ wins Super Sireyna Queen of the Jungle (weekly grand finals) in ‘Eat Bulaga!’

Francine Garcia aka Kim Chiu of Quezon City won Eat Bulaga!’s transgender beauty contest, Super Sireyna, in the weekly finals of its wildcard competition on Saturday, July 20, 2013. With the title Queen of the Jungle, it is also the last weekly finals before the grand finals that will happen next Saturday.

‘Kim Chiu’ bested four other daily wildcard winners namely: Nicksie Arcache aka Kristine Hermosa of Lapu-Lapu, Cebu City; Shai Iglesias aka Barbie Forteza of Dagupan City, Pangasinan; Britney Madali aka Solenn Heussaff of Quezon City; and Kristie Young Beduya aka Sarah Lahbati of Pasil, Cebu City.

As the winner, she got a crown, scepter, sash, and P200,000, 75% of which goes to her chosen cause.

Criteria for judging included stage presence (50%), talent (25%), and wit (25%). The judges were Melani Marquez, Heart Evangestia, Michael V as J Logs, and Paolo Ballesteros as Jeepney Spears.

Best in Costume: Kristie Young Beduya aka Sarah Lahbati of Pasil, Cebu City
Super Photogenic Sireyna - Shai Iglesias aka Barbie Forteza of Dagupan City, Pangasinan
Best in Talent - Britney Madali aka Solenn Heussaff of Quezon City

Meanwhile, the eight Super Sireyna queens will compete next Saturday in the grand finals. The winner will be crowned Super Sireyna Queen of Queens.

5. Queen of the Ocean - Bembem Radaza aka Carla Abellana of Cagayan de Oro City
6. Queen of the Wind - Aya Garcia aka Bangs Garcia of Quezon City
7. Queen of the Universe - Ava Santillan aka Heart Evangelista of Sorsogon, Bicol
8. Queen of the Jungle - Francine Garcia aka Kim Chiu of Quezon City
