Korean series Moon Embracing The Sun will soon hit local television via GMA-7’s K Prime.
Moon Embracing The Sun is a historical drama that follows the love story between King Lee Hwon played by Kim Soo Hyun, and a female shaman named Wol portrayed by Han Ga In.
The series originally aired twice a week on Korea’s MBC television network from January 4, 2012 up to March 15, 2012. It will air on GMA-7 this coming August.
Thirteen-year-old Heo Yeon Woo is chosen to become the Crown Princess of Joseon until the Dowager Queen plots against her and secretly orders her death. With the help of a powerful shaman's magic, Yeon Woo escapes with her life, but loses her memories.
