Jessica Sanchez and fellow American Idol 11 top 10 DeAndre Brackensick are now officially a couple.
DeAndre confirmed the news on his Twitter account on Friday by posting that the Filipino-Mexican-American singer is his girlfriend.
DeAndre posted: “Yes jessica is my girlfriend:)”
However, it was Jessica who first broke the news to her fans through a livestream. She didn’t say, though, when they officially became a couple.
After DeAndre made the tweet, a fan replied to him, posting, “@BrackensickAI11 weve waited for your backup to jays revelation the whole day., and u didnt let us down! THANK YUU DRE! we love yuu!”
While there were a lot of congratulatory messages, there were also those who expressed their non-support of the relationship.
Jessica answered that with a sweet message saying that, of course, her fans will always come first.
“My blujays always come first though. That'll never change.”
