The pilot episode of GMA-7’s afternoon series, Kasalanan Bang Ibigin Ka?, registered well in the national television ratings with 14.4% of viewers share.
The series, topbilled by Geoff Eigenmann, Jennica Garcia and Jackie Rice, placed third overall, below fellow Kapuso shows Eat… Bulaga! which got 19.6% and Broken Vow with 16.4%.
On primetime, however, top 4 belonged to ABS-CBN with Walang Hanggan in the lead. The well-loved teleserye got the highest 39.6%, followed by Princess And I with 34%, TV Patrol with 29.1% and Dahil Sa Pag-ibig with 23.8%
The pilot episode of Richard Gutierrez’s Kapuso series Makapiling Kang Muli only ranked 9th with 17.3%.
