Carmina Villaroel's contract with GMA-7 has already expired but the beautiful actress hasn't signed a renewal yet. That's the reason why rumors about her leaving the Kapuso network won't fade.
It was reported last month that the actress was allegedly considering TV5, but at that time she said she hasn't decided about it yet. Her husband Zoren Legaspi, who is under contract with TV5, eventually belied the rumor.
Lately, Carmina and her manager Dolor Guevarra allegedly had a series of meetings with ABS-CBN executives. To add to that, she was said to have decided to move to the Kapamilya network.
In fact, another rumor said that Carmina is included in the cast of the upcoming ABS-CBN series entitled E-Boy (watch the trailer here).
The series, which is about a robot boy who longs to have a family to love, is set to premiere on January 23, 2012. Directed by FM Reyes, E-Boy stars Bugoy Cariño (in the title role), Agot Isidro and Ariel Rivera.
Would Carmina really leave GMA-7 to be in this series?
