The Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU) Blue Eagles won against the FEU Tamaraws with a score of 82-64 in Game 1 of UAAP Season 74 men's basketball finals held on Saturday, September 24th, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
The Blue Eagles now has a 1 win advantage on the best-of-3 series.
The first half of the game ended in a tie with both teams having 33 points. But Ateneo dominated the 2nd half of the game ending with an 18-point advantage.
Ateneo's Nico Salva led the Blue Eagles with 24 points, followed by Kiefer Ravena with 17.
